Business to Business Sales Manager is responsible for delivering significant sales growth in the B2B channel. He/she works to leverage professional contacts in hospitality, commercial and residential market segments, focusing on furniture chains, developers, owner/operators, purchasing firms, and end-users to build (and manage) a diverse project pipeline with large volume incremental sales.
Responsibilities include: developing, managing, and growing the B2B client base/sales pipeline; promoting company's products to prospective Business to Business clients through a variety of outreach opportunities; creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; building and maintaining strong relationships with architects and interior designers; understanding client needs and preferences to tailor product recommendations effectively; developing and implementing effective sales strategies; collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities; conducting engaging presentations; addressing client queries and concerns; conducting market research; skillfully negotiating terms and conditions; ensuring timely and accurate order processing; collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns; preparing regular sales reports; and providing feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications include: a Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; ability to travel for client meetings and industry events; proven experience in B2B sales; strong network and existing relationships with architects and interior designers; exceptional communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets; in-depth knowledge of high-end home decor and furniture products; and a self-motivated, proactive, and strategic approach to sales.
