Honeywell is looking for apprentices who, within 24 months, will be trained as Sales Excellence Support for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division based in Sesto San Giovanni (MI).

Position summary:
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate possesses excellent time management skills and interacts smoothly and professionally with the regional Senior Management team. To successfully perform this job, it is expected that the person will also handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
The role requires collaborating with the regional sales leadership team to manage office management activities, organize travel, manage calendar events, prepare reports and documents, plan internal and external sales meetings and events, among other similar tasks.
Your responsibilities:
• Support the planning for the company leadership team
• Prepare meetings, including document collection and meeting logistics management
• Prioritize and respond to emails as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Develop an understanding of our various activities and initiatives
• Analyze market intelligence data and create reports
• Collaborate with the regional sales leadership team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies
Must have (No prior skills are required however following experience will be preferred):
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Experience in digital and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate collaboratively
Fluent in English and Italian
Requirements (Nice to have):
• You have a university degree in Foreign Languages or Management Engineering
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Willingness to learn and continue your training
• Work as part of the sales team
Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
