B2B Sales Assistant

In your role as B2B Sales Assistant, you will support our wholesale team in all operational and administrative tasks. You are a central interface between customers, sales and internal departments and contribute to the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Your Role

Supporting the international sales managers by creating and maintaining customer and sales documentation, presentations and offers

Preparation, follow-up and documentation of customer enquiries and order processes

Communicating with international customers and business partners (email, telephone)

Market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities

Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system

Organisation and coordination of meetings, trade fairs and business trips

Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. marketing, logistics, product management)

Your Skills and Experience

Completed commercial training or a degree in economics (e.g. business administration, international business, marketing)

First professional experience in sales, sales support or a similar role, ideally in the B2B sector

Very good knowledge of German and English

Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Shopify) and Keynote.

You are proactive, a strong communicator and work in a very organised and structured manner

Initiative, team spirit and enthusiasm for international sales
