Job Title

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Advisor in handling day-to-day client servicing tasks.
• Prepare and process insurance documentation (quotations, proposals, slips, endorsements, certificates, schedules, renewal notices).
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, premiums, and policy confirmations.
• Support claims reporting and liaise with claims teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
• Provide administrative support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and renewal summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Assist in client communication, including email correspondence, phone follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Support marketing event and communicate with gallery, auction house, fair organization to promote Art proposition of HPW.
• Valuation research when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Art, Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related art business, insurance, finance or client servicing (fresh graduates with strong interest in Art may be considered).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
