Collaboration Sales Specialist
At HP, we're reimagining how people collaborate and connect in a hybrid world. As a Collaboration Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation – helping our customers unlock new ways of working with the HP | Poly Video and Voice portfolio.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of your customer accounts, drive strategic growth, and build strong relationships that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage your customer accounts end-to-end – from opportunity identification to closing – always focused on profitable growth and quota achievement.
- Present the HP | Poly Collaboration portfolio and demonstrate how our solutions create clear business and strategic value.
- Apply value-based selling to uncover customer needs and design tailored solutions that make a difference.
- Develop forward-looking account plans to optimize pipeline health, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts, channel partners, and the extended HP sales ecosystem.
- Identify and win new customers ("hunting success") and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead engaging customer presentations and build strategic roadmaps aligned to individual business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers – ensuring a seamless, positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate internal and external support teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Champion HP's "One Team" mindset – driving collaboration, engagement, and shared success.
What You Bring
- A strong understanding of how customers think and what drives their business decisions.
- The ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with customers and partners.
- A structured, proactive approach with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication – open, clear, and solution-focused – both internally and externally.
- Confidence in approaching new customers and comfort with outbound prospecting.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HP Dynamics) with disciplined documentation habits.
- Several years of work experience with Video & Voice Solutions.
- Knowledge of the collaboration market.
- Knowledge of HP's partner structure.
- Strong willingness and power to develop new collaboration market.
- A passion for technology, teamwork, and delivering tangible results.

Your Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in solution-based sales of technical products – ideally in a consultative environment.
