Presales Consultant, Hybrid Work Solutions
This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advising and influencing their strategic decisions regarding modern workplace and unified collaboration architectures. The role collaborates with internal teams on account planning and solution customization while mentoring junior team members. The role navigates technical customer challenges across collaboration, computing, and imaging portfolios to drive customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Leads the design of complex Unified Collaboration (UC) ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration between hardware, software platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex), and network infrastructure to address unique hybrid work challenges.
- Fosters deep and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in collaboration equity and influencing long-term workplace transformation strategies.
- Delivers compelling presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value of integrated solutions that span UC, Personal Systems (PC), and Managed Print Services.
- Develops and executes strategic account plans that balance high-growth UC initiatives with the steady optimization of the customer's PC lifecycle and print environment.
- Leads the design and implementation of intricate integrations with third-party AV/IT solutions, showcasing the ability to connect diverse communication technologies.
- Tackles complex technical challenges, including interoperability issues in multi-vendor environments and hardware-software bottlenecks.
- Identifies potential risks in large-scale fleet deployments (PC/Print) or global UC rollouts and develops robust mitigation strategies.
- Organizes innovation workshops to explore the future of work, including AI-driven meeting insights and sustainable "Device-as-a-Service" (DaaS) models.
- Acts as a mentor to junior team members, sharing deep domain expertise in SIP protocols, codec technologies, and endpoint management.

Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Typically has 7-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in technical selling within the Unified Collaboration or Modern Workplace sectors.
