Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: You are responsible for acquiring new customers and guiding them through the entire sales process – from the presentation of our services to the conclusion of the contract.
- Innovative Solutions: You offer our customers innovative recruiting solutions that provide them with real added value.
- Realization with us: You can realize yourself if you are distinguished by presentation and closing strength, self-confidence.
- CRM Management: You effectively use our CRM system to manage appointments and optimize the sales process.
Qualification
- Sales Experience: You have proven successes in direct sales of personnel consulting solutions, or in the sale of an HR service with retainer.
- Closing Strength: You are a convincing presenter and have the ability to successfully close deals.
- Customer Orientation: You believe in building long-term customer relationships and have a deep understanding of the needs of our customers.
