Regional Sales Manager (Mexico)

Sales Managers for Huber AgroSolutions (HAS) sell high quality, value-added adjuvants and nutritional products to agricultural distributors and retailers throughout the region. They also will work with growers to uncover needs and enhance crop production through solving problems with HAS products and to ensure a smooth sales process. The Territory Manager will work to develop new sales leads through business directories, client referrals, trade shows, etc., to grow sales for the company. The region for this position will cover all of Mexico.

路 Actively engaged in assigned territory with Crop Consultants, Growers, Distributors and retailers

路 Demonstrates deep understanding of the market in assigned sales territory

路 Exhibits passion, energy and creativity in the sales and support of Miller products and objectives

路 Results oriented and takes initiative, overcome obstacles, and find creative solutions to challenges

路 Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in group and individual meetings

路 Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate product, market, competitive and customer data

路 Makes sound agronomic recommendations to customers by presenting products and solutions to maximize customer outcomes

路 Represents HAS as the expert in non-hazardous crop protection products and nutritional agricultural chemicals

路 Bachelor's degree in Crop Science/Agronomy or similar agricultural, scientific/technical field of study preferred, or equivalent work experience

路 Minimum 10 years of experience in specialty crops (fruit, nuts and vegetables) sales or development and marketing support

路 Extensive knowledge of crop production and cultural practices

路 Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to entire territory region

路 Must reside in assigned territory

路 Strong knowledge of sales in agricultural specialty products (adjuvants, specialty fertilizer and pesticides)

路 Demonstrated effective negotiation skills resulting in profitable growth

路 Familiarity with CRM software and proven ability to use it as an enabling tool to manage and drive sales

路 Excellent communication skills in Spanish required but bilingual skills in English is desired

路 Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point a must

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
