✨ About The Role
- The ICB Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling digital healthcare solutions to GP Practices, GP Federations, PCNs, ICBs, and Local Health Boards across Southern United Kingdom.
- The role involves achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales targets while generating sales with new accounts and growing business with existing partners.
- The candidate will lead and manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns is a key responsibility.
- The role requires conducting timely quarterly reviews with large customers to confirm delivered value and upsell new solutions.
- Accurate and timely reporting, including weekly territory forecasts and CRM updates, is expected from the candidate.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of healthtech sales experience within NHS primary care.
- They should possess the ability to engage with senior and board-level clinical and operational executives at NHS Integrated Care Boards and other organizations.
- A proven track record of winning multi-year contracts with total order values ranging from £500k to over £1m is essential.
- The candidate should have experience in developing new digital managed service solutions that include software, services, and third-party solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK healthcare market and a strong network of personal relationships with influential executives across various organizations is crucial.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for effectively presenting healthcare IT solutions to senior stakeholders.
