Sales Manager

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Sales Manager.

This position will be based in Mumbai, India.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Responsible for commercials (Value & Coma) of ADMAT Industrial for specific customers & channels. Implement long term business plan
• Develop new customers in different new domain for adhesive / CC applications in B-B/B-C segment
• Lead generation and application support with customer
• Build and maintain customer relationship
• Grow the sales and achieve / exceed revenue & Coma target by value selling
• Develop new business in Adhesives and Composites.
• Understand the customer requirements and work closely with internal teams to formulate the best strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Regular Customer Visit and Hunt for New Customers
• Forecast accurate sales volume and value
• Ensure timely orders and payment.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Master in Science with basic knowledge in Adhesives / Coatings / Composites.
• 5+ years of experience technical support or business development
• Knowledge on SAP/C4C will be an added advantage
• Language skills: English, Hindi.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Hands on experience in Adhesive application preferred.
