As a contact person in the after sales service, you will answer all questions about our Husqvarna Robotics products. Based on your expertise in battery-powered garden tools, your main focus will be on the care of our Automower® and special cases within the product portfolio. You will take over the following tasks and actively shape the future:
Successfully completed technical training with a focus on "Technology/Electronics" (Service Consultant, Master Craftsman, Technical College Engineer, etc.) and ideally acquired business knowledge
Experience in customer service
Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, team capability, and resilience
Ideally experience with CAN-Bus systems and smart-based options
Good MS-Office skills and good English skills
CRM knowledge as an advantage
Willingness to travel within Germany
