Your Tasks

  • Recognize needs and optimization potentials in digital business processes
  • Conduct analyses, profitability considerations, and KPI evaluations
  • Derive action recommendations for process improvement and digitalization
  • Identify and evaluate automation and AI potentials
  • Support in the selection, introduction, and development of digital solutions (e.g., ticket systems, knowledge databases, self-service portals)
  • Link and analyze data from various systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI)
  • Ensure a thoughtful authorization concept for digital applications in the service organization
  • Coordinate interfaces between departments, IT, and external partners
  • Active role in change management and training of user groups
  • Support in the development of use cases in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g., chatbots, predictive models, text analysis)

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration, digital transformation, or comparable qualifications
  • Proven knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., ticket systems, knowledge databases, self-service portals)
  • Secure handling of KPIs, profitability calculations, and data analyses
  • Experience in working with ERP, CRM, and BI systems and in linking data between systems
  • Knowledge in the evaluation and implementation of automation or AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, predictive models)
  • Familiarity with authorization concepts and their application in digital service processes
  • Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, and a high level of initiative and structured work
  • Communication skills and confident demeanor in dealing with departments, IT, and external partners
  • Team capability and coordination skills in managing interdisciplinary interfaces
  • Willingness for continuous further education in the field of digitalization and AI
  • Experience in change management and conducting training sessions is advantageous
  • Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Project management experience is desirable
