In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the seamless execution of events from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and objectives, providing tailored solutions to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for events.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for event planning.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for event sales and partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to enhance event offerings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the event planning industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that may arise during events.
