Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning including logistics, budget management, and client communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
• Collaborate with vendors and venues to negotiate contracts and secure services required for events.
• Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets to ensure smooth execution of all events.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies for outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in event sales coordination or a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
