Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning and executing successful events. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our event sales strategy, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and helping to create memorable experiences. Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Assist in creating customized proposals and sales presentations for events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and AV requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with event budgets.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to improve future event offerings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
