We are seeking a highly motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless execution of various events while supporting the sales department. As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will be involved in every stage of the event planning process, from conceptualization to the final execution, liaising with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure that every detail is attended to.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various events from concept to completion
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
• Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support the sales team in lead generation and preparation of sales materials
• Manage and update the sales database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client information
• Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and preparing reports for future improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in event planning or sales support is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
