We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Events And Sales Assistant to support our marketing and outreach initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events while playing a key role in sales operations. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / year

Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
• Support the sales team with client outreach and follow-ups
• Prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional tools
• Maintain records of event performance and sales interactions
• Provide administrative support to the events and sales departments
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners
• Track inventory and manage event supplies
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative engagement strategies

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or sales support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Availability to travel for events as needed
