Our client is a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency specializing in outbound-only marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. Operating primarily out of New York City, they manage campaigns across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Their mission is to connect technology vendors with key IT and business decision-makers through Qualified Appointment Setting, Channel Marketing, Event Recruitment, and Lead Qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to connect with business and IT leaders across North America, introducing them to our clients' events and webinars.
  • Register qualified leads for upcoming sessions and ensure they have all necessary event details.
  • Use HubSpot, Dexter, and Nooks to track conversations, monitor progress, and keep outreach records current.
  • Adhere to structured calling scripts and update the CRM after every interaction with precision.
  • Strive to meet daily and weekly goals across:
    • Registrations: Converting qualified prospects into confirmed participants.
    • Attendance: Maximizing event turnout.
    • Call Volume: Maintaining consistent outreach numbers.
    • Attrition: Minimizing no-show rates.
