They are expanding their sales team and looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative who thrives in fast-paced, KPI-focused environments and enjoys high-volume phone engagement.

We're seeking a confident and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to manage high-volume inbound appointment setting for paid advertising leads. This role is ideal for someone experienced in remote sales jobs and appointment setting environments where performance metrics, process consistency, and communication skills are essential.

You'll engage with inbound leads generated from Meta/Facebook campaigns, follow proven scripts, handle objections effectively, and convert prospects into booked appointments for the sales team.

This role suits candidates comfortable making a large number of calls daily and performing in a highly structured, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct 150–250 calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
  • Consistently achieve 4–9 bookings daily
  • Follow scripts exactly while maintaining natural and confident delivery
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
  • Ensure all appointment details and follow-up actions are documented correctly
  • Collaborate with team members via communication and workflow tools
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize performance
  • Maintain a 90%+ appointment show rate
  • Deliver 100–160 showed appointments per month
