As the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding the company's client base in Belgium and the Netherlands, managing a team of SDRs and Account Executives, and executing strategic sales plans. You'll report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and Account Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Flemish and broader Benelux markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation activities with sales goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members to enhance productivity and sales results.
