What You'll Do

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for group reservations, event logistics, and internal communications. You'll help shape unforgettable guest experiences while mastering the tools and strategies that drive hotel sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls—responding promptly, professionally, and with a smile.
  • Support the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and group communications.
  • Manage critical event details: resumes, BEOs, billing, deadlines, and more.
  • Coordinate pre-event, event-day, and post-event logistics with precision.
  • Learn and apply hotel systems like Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS to streamline operations.
  • Participate in internal meetings, training, and planning sessions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
