What You'll Be Doing…

  • Analyzing competition and market trends with sharp business acumen.
  • Proactively securing business using sales strategies that mirror Hyatt's high standards and vision.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Managing negotiations and contracts with finesse, ensuring all client needs are met from start to finish.
  • Conducting site tours that highlight our amenities tailored to client needs, significantly enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Building long-lasting relationships through meaningful and strategic communication.
  • Championing our hotel brand loyalty programs, encouraging participation and offering exclusive packages.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
  • A 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales is preferred, though a combination of experience and education also qualifies.

Communication

  • Exceptional skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in the primary language used in the workplace.

Physical

  • Capability to sit, stand, and walk as required throughout the workday.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and move items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
