Sales Advocacy Coordinator
The Sales Advocacy Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Client Executives (CEs) across their assigned region by delivering sales support, campaign execution, and strategic research. This role is part of the marketing team and works closely with market presidents and client executives to act as their primary contact to marketing.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
- Assist CEs in building sales email templates, sequences, and loading documents in HubSpot
- Assist with creating and updating Hylant employee bios for use in proposals and sales presentations
- Support the formatting and polish of sales presentations and slide decks
- Support data entry needs for managing partners
- Serve as the designated RFP coordinator for your assigned region
- Manage RFP intake and support CEs in crafting compelling proposals
- Conduct research on target accounts, buying signals, and market triggers
- Deliver high-quality leads to CEs and surface cross-sell opportunities within books of business
- Monitor company and industry news to identify strategic outreach opportunities
- Assist in CRM updates, data hygiene, and dashboard building
- Provide user support for tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Monitor platform adoption and share feedback with the Sales Advocacy team
- Triage and fulfill marketing help desk requests for your assigned region; route projects to the most appropriate senior team member
- Support local marketing initiatives under the direction of the Marketing team
- Contribute to marketing projects such as campaigns, small local events, and collateral development
- Assist with the Hylant employee bio process and maintain proposal management system updates
- Conduct industry or content research as requested by the Marketing or Sales Advocacy team
- Track and submit departmental expenses for assigned projects
- Assist in facilitating quarterly Sales Advocacy newsletters
- Gain a working knowledge of the Marketing and Sales Advocacy team's tools, processes, and standards
- Build an understanding of the insurance brokerage industry and Hylant's operating model
In This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a business or support role (2-4 years of marketing experience and/or internships preferred)
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro area
- Hybrid work environment (in office 3 days per week)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Occasional travel (Estimated less than 10% annually, typically 1-2 weeks per year) for training or company events
