Candidates will either reside in or be able to travel to one of the following states: TX, OK, KS, NE, IA, WI, MN, SD, ND, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, ID, WA, OR, NV, CA, with occasional travel to customers in Canada.

A key focus of this role is developing and maintaining customer relationships through in-person meetings.

This position requires frequent travel, up to 10 business days per month, to service customers across the designated regions.

Pay Range: $112,900 - $135,500 annually

Job Summary

The Aftermarket Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within an assigned region, focusing on the sales and support of Hyundai Translead and common trailer parts and aftermarket solutions. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. The position requires extensive travel and a strong understanding of the trailer parts industry.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned region
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate aftermarket solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights
  • Oversee major customer accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement account strategies
  • Influence internal stakeholders to align with customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of trailer parts experience
  • 3 years of sales processes and aftermarket solutions experience

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 50%
