- The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and support. - This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services. - The candidate will identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth by leveraging industry trends and market insights. - Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close, is a key responsibility. - The role also includes monitoring account performance, tracking key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

âš¡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry is essential. - Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the CRO industry, ideally selling both FSO and FSP services to large and mid-sized pharmaceutical clients. - A total of at least 6 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success is necessary. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
