- A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry is essential.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the CRO industry, ideally selling both FSO and FSP services to large and mid-sized pharmaceutical clients.
- A total of at least 6 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success is necessary.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
