Sales Consultant
Mission
Your mission is to reliably and increasingly gain new customers every month and thus achieve the company's revenue goals. You do this by reaching out to interested doctors, practice managers, and medical assistants, actively listening to them, understanding their challenges in the practice, challenging their beliefs and ways of thinking, and then supporting them in making an informed decision for Idana.
Tasks
Supporting Leads in the Decision Process
- Taking over marketing-qualified leads and generating your own leads through outbound measures
- Quick contact with leads and introduction as a competent consultant and main contact person - building a trustworthy relationship (communication via email, phone, and video conference)
- Conducting the sales process: 1. Qualification Call, 2. Live Demo, 3. Closing
- Careful documentation of activities and recording of calls for good handover, analysis possibilities, and learning purposes (daily work tool: Hubspot as CRM)
Teamwork & Support of Sales Analytics
- Monitoring and deep understanding of your KPIs: sold licenses, licenses per new customer, conversion rate qualified lead: CUS
- Weekly preparation and presentation of your KPIs in the OKR CheckIn team meeting
- Capture of essential sales information for Sales Analytics, e.g., frequent objections, reasons for lost deals, purchase reasons, frequent challenges of interested parties, distribution of specialties in the sales funnel...
- Collaboration with the Marketing Team and Customer Success Team to optimize the customer journey (especially lead acceptance and customer handover)
- Collaboration with Product Management for the optimization of the product presentation
Qualification
Your Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally B2B Software as a Service and/or in the medical environment
- Experience in CRM management, especially Hubspot is an advantage
Your Skillset
- You are an attentive listener and have a good sense for people
- You communicate (in writing and verbally) openly and professionally, are self-confident and charismatic in conversation and feel confident in presentations
- You are a meticulous organizational talent - you efficiently coordinate meetings and calls with ease
- You are skilled in using technology - you use it daily to your advantage
- You like to work independently and self-determined, but you also excel in teamwork and meetings with your openness, approachability, and positive energy
- You have a growth mindset - how and where can I optimize? - for this you use and analyze your own insights and findings from your work
- You are skilled in working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
