Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to facilitate and drive projects across our commercial organization. This role requires a solid understanding of the fundamental processes within customer-facing teams, how these teams collaborate to deliver value, and how they leverage CRM and call center systems in their daily work.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, aligned, and executed effectively across multiple teams. The PM manages milestones and resources and is accountable for successful project delivery. The PM coordinates activities and ensures effective communication within the project team and with diverse levels of the organizational hierarchy. The project manager frequently engages in collaboration with project managers from related teams, such as IT, Analytics, or Incentive Compensation; however, this cooperation does not occur in every instance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across multiple roles within the commercial organization including field and inside sales, Field Service Representatives and other members of the eco-system.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, manage the budget, and track deliverables to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams, breaking down silos and promoting best practices, particularly around the use of Salesforce.com and Genesys Cloud platforms.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Solid grasp of project management principles and the effective use of both traditional and emerging AI tools; demonstrates a strong curiosity to learn and apply modern Project Management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, how members of the commercial ecosystem work together, and how the CRM and systems are utilized by employees to accomplish their goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced setting.
  • This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels simplifying situations and communicating clearly. They should be adept at bridging teams, driving alignment, and delivering project success in a complex, customer-focused organization.
