Sales Consultant

Argen Corporation currently has an exciting opportunity for a Lab Sales Consultant to join a growing, technology-focused and service-oriented team. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Occasional weekends for tradeshows

Compensation: Competitive Commission Program, monthly car and technology stipends and full benefits.

About the Territory: Chicago, IL This territory covers the Greater Chicago Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate must reside within the territory.

In This Role, The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively position Argen's products through collaboration with the sales and operations team.
  • Prepare action plans, identifying specific targets and the number of contacts to be made and when.
  • Identify key business decision makers and sell "Argen Total Solutions" in line with multiple product sales strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively and concisely all product and industry trends or issues to all relevant stakeholders.

What Does It Take To Be A Qualified Candidate?

  • 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience - dental industry preferred but not required.
  • Established results and experience in B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or associated discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental lab market & digital dentistry, dental materials: alloy, porcelain, zirconia, metal finishing and porcelain application, implants, abutments, crowns, bridge work is a plus.
  • Proven professional selling skills and successful sales.
  • CDT certification would be a plus.
  • Computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM).
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com).
  • Demonstrates drive and dependability.
  • Demonstrates integrity.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation.
  • Financial competence.
