Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and/or sales, with a deep understanding of the market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key U.S. markets like food & beverage and FMCG in general.

As part of the Siemens Vertical Sales Organization, the Enterprise Account Executive will play a significant role in business generation for the entire Siemens Digital Industries Portfolio relevant to the CPG market. They will work closely with Siemens Sales and customers in the target markets on technical, contractual, and commercial opportunities. This role will also have named account responsibility with associated sales quota. This role reports to the Vertical Sales Manager for CPG.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience & Track Record: 8+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex solution environments.
  • Industrial Acumen: Strong understanding of the CPG industry including market dynamics, key players, and business drivers.
  • Executive Presence & Collaboration: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence across direct and matrixed teams.
  • Channel Navigation: Proven success navigating diverse sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Mindset & Logistics: Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of urgency, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Academic Foundation: Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, providing a strong analytical and problem-solving foundation.
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: Deep understanding of Discrete and Process Automation or Digital Transformation solutions, and their application within CPG processes.
  • Siemens Portfolio Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the Siemens Digital Industries product, solutions, and service portfolio.
  • Complex Opportunity Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute sophisticated opportunity pursuit strategies across complex ecosystems (e.g., end-users, engineering firms, system integrators).

The pay range for this position is 109,100 - 147,200 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
