Director Sales Execution And Go To Market Operations

The Director will serve as the operational backbone of the revenue organization—driving sales execution discipline, enabling cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that internal teams and external partners are equipped to execute against ambitious growth targets. This is a highly visible role reporting into senior leadership, focused on scaling operational excellence, strengthening OEM and partner relationships, and accelerating revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and rollout of integrated Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Building scalable enablement programs
  • Developing and implementing SOPs, Rules of Engagement, and standardized workflows
  • Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Building and strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners
  • Developing enablement and GTM programs for internal sales teams and partner/OEM channels
  • Acting as the liaison between Xerox IT Solutions and its OEM/partner ecosystem
  • Leveraging CRM and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership

Background requirements include:

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven ability to design and implement enablement frameworks
  • Strong background managing strategic OEM and partner relationships
  • Technical expertise with CRM systems, APIs/integrations, SaaS/IT solutions, and data analytics
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

This role is newly created to establish the foundation for sales execution excellence and GTM operations within Xerox IT Solutions. It offers an opportunity to shape the sales operating system of the future—linking strategy to execution across internal teams and the broader OEM/partner ecosystem. The role has a direct impact on growth through improved sales productivity, scalable processes, and deeper OEM/partner alignment. It also involves working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives at the intersection of IT solutions, services, and digital transformation.
