- 5+ years’ experience in direct business-to-business sales, focusing on financial services and/or corporate treasury customers.
- Solid understanding of global financial services industry, market dynamics, and customer business drivers.
- Ability to present both high-level information and detailed product/service demonstrations.
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to lead complex sales cycles to successful conclusion.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client service orientation.
- Ability to interact with senior executives internally and externally.
- High attention to detail; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) required, preferably in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related fields.
Drive sales for complex products/services by managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and delivering strategic guidance.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Our Sales team is responsible for delivering Moody’s Analytics solutions to banking clients across the Americas, helping them solve complex challenges through tailored offerings. By joining our team, you will contribute to Moody’s by: driving strategic growth through consultative sales, building trusted client relationships with market insights, collaborating across teams to shape go-to-market strategies. You’ll be part of exciting work in banking and financial services, especially credit risk and compliance, strategic sales across key U.S. regions and a high-performing, collaborative environment. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $93,600.00-$135,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
