Inside Sales Representative

Now, we’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our impact across the small business healthcare segment.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment. What you bring:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (inside sales or B2B preferred)
- Strong pipeline management and short-cycle sales skills
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
Your day to day:
- As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients-building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals that make a difference.
- Managing inbound leads and actively prospecting new business opportunities
- Navigating short sales cycles with confidence and urgency
- Presenting solutions clearly and professionally over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and meeting weekly KPIs
- Managing your sales pipeline across various stages
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success
- Consistently achieving (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets

- Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 base + commission
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
