The Lead Sales Solution Specialist is a mid-level position designed for individuals with foundational experience in sales engineering or customer-facing technical roles who are eager to expand their expertise. You will work closely with the HERE Sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle through gathering requirements, designing, validating, and helping implement solutions that address industry-specific, location-related business challenges. As part of the HERE Business & Solution Architecture team, you’ll enable customers to achieve their business objectives through HERE’s products and services. This role primarily supports HERE Direct Sales teams across diverse industries, including transportation, logistics, mobility, supply chain, and the US public sector.

The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $138,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This position is also eligible for a target annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
