Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Manage & nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upsell & cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Meet or Exceed sales quotas/revenue targets.
Track sales activities and pipeline progress through CRM tools.
Stay up to date with industry and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product teams to ensure customer needs are met & sales goals are achieved.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress through CRM software.
Prepare regular sales report for management.
Must have strong familiarity and understanding of NetSuite products/modules.
