Sales Manager, National Partners And eCommerce

Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division is hiring a remote Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will play a key role in positioning Eaton as a leader, ensuring strong relationships with our channel partners and driving overall business growth. The Sales Manager will be accountable for achieving sales plan goals, fostering customer intimacy and satisfaction, and driving market share gains across national accounts and within the ecommerce space. They will focus on maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of sales and marketing strategies to ensure the effective deployment of resources and optimized performance across all channels. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide their team toward successful execution while maintaining strong oversight of financial performance and customer engagement. In this position, the Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales leadership, to ensure a consistent and compelling go-to-market approach. They will also be tasked with developing new strategies to adapt to changing market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high performing team.
  • Providing leadership and direction to ensure professional growth for employees and retention within the team.
  • Collaborating to develop thought leadership for the market.
  • Supporting the proper integration, execution, deployment, implementation, and sustainability of front-end initiative tools.
  • Managing and optimizing product listings.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Transforming voice of customer into value propositions.
  • Supporting the creation of a centralized dashboard.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years sales/marketing and/or E-commerce.
  • Possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Candidates must currently live within a 50-mile radius of an Eaton facility in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing people and channels.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • 10+ years of IT industry sales experience.

  • Experience in growing sales and market share, channel development and developing employee talent.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $165,000-$242,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
