Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division is hiring a remote Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will play a key role in positioning Eaton as a leader, ensuring strong relationships with our channel partners and driving overall business growth. The Sales Manager will be accountable for achieving sales plan goals, fostering customer intimacy and satisfaction, and driving market share gains across national accounts and within the ecommerce space. They will focus on maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of sales and marketing strategies to ensure the effective deployment of resources and optimized performance across all channels. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide their team toward successful execution while maintaining strong oversight of financial performance and customer engagement. In this position, the Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales leadership, to ensure a consistent and compelling go-to-market approach. The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $165,000-$242,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
