Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Sales Representative in St. Louis, MO. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining broker and plan holder relationships to drive ongoing sales and retention of groups of 2-1,999 lives with a primary focus between 100-1,999 market. Success will be determined based on the ability to attain high levels of production through broker development and internal relationships! This role will report to the Market Leader within the assigned territory.

Location and Travel Requirements: Sales Rep. will cover the St. Louis, MO market. Successful hire will be based in the assigned territory. Up to 60% travel within the territory.
Salary Range: $40,000 The salary reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
