The responsibilities include improving processes that help sales teams and partners, supporting commercial teams with analytics and insights, maximizing the benefits of the commercial tech stack, and managing sales operations and commission administration. The role requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in similar roles, proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, and strong interpersonal skills.
