Sales Development Program Analyst

Being a Sales Development Program Analyst at iManage Means…

You're an organized, curious, and detail-driven professional eager to grow your career in sales at a market-leading SaaS company. In this role, you'll support our Sales Development Team by ensuring campaign and CRM data are accurate, up to date, and ready to power outreach efforts.

You'll help keep our systems running smoothly, support lead routing, and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to make sure every campaign runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how data, sales, and marketing intersect within a high-growth revenue organization.

iM Responsible For…

  • Supporting inbound and outbound campaign execution by updating and tagging campaign members and ensuring SDRs have accurate outreach data
  • Maintaining data hygiene in Salesforce and related tools to ensure leads, contacts, and accounts are accurate and well-organized
  • Managing lead routing, follow-up tracking, and SDR activity reporting
  • Helping SDR leadership monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Supporting rollout of new SDR tools, workflows, and data-quality initiatives
  • Listening to call recordings and documenting trends that improve messaging and campaign effectiveness

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS in sales, marketing, or operations (internships count!)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales-enablement platforms (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in spreadsheets or dashboards
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • A proactive, learning-first mindset and curiosity about how data drives sales performance

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
