Promote personal loan products to employees of partner organizations.
Identify prospective clients from partner organizations for onboarding to the Bank.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and procedures for account opening.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit them to the responsible Bank Officer to enable timely payment of commissions.
Achieve sales targets as set by the Bank.
Represent the Bank as the first point of contact in the assigned market and relay customer inquiries, complaints, or market feedback to the designated Bank Officer.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Comply with the Bank's code of conduct and relevant laws.
Risk Management:
Ensure effective adoption and utilization of risk management tools.
Drive remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audit or risk reviews.
