Responsibilities

The following tasks await you in detail:

  • You are the telephone contact person for our customers, their "problem solver," and support them with questions about real estate
  • You determine the individual wishes of our customers and advise them especially on the sale of real estate
  • You enter important customer data into our CRM system and keep it up to date
  • You coordinate on-site appointments between real estate sellers and our broker partners

Qualification

The most important thing: passion for sales and real estate. And you should not be afraid to speak your mind. The rest you will learn from us.

It is helpful if you have already gained experience in the following areas:

  • You are interested in the real estate industry and ideally have initial knowledge in the field
  • You have already gained initial practical sales experience
  • You are a team player and extremely communicative
  • You are full of creativity, have a high sense of quality, and shine with reliability
  • You like to take responsibility and like to implement projects independently
  • You are eager to learn new things and develop yourself further
