We are looking for an energetic and organized Intern to join our Sales Support Team. In this role, you will support our daily operational, administrative, and sales activities, ensuring that our cooperation with business partners remains top-notch. This internship is a perfect launchpad for anyone wanting to see how a modern bank operates across partner support, digital systems, and documentation processes.

What will you be doing?

1. Supporting communication with our business partners (via email and phone) and assisting them with their daily requests.
2. Helping users with our sales applications and providing basic technical guidance to ensure a smooth sales process.
3. Preparing recurring sales reports and simple data summaries—your Excel skills will be put to good use here!
4. Updating partner materials, such as presentations and manuals, and supporting mass communications to our network.
5. Managing the document flow, including registering correspondence, organizing archives, and ensuring our records are spot-on.

Ideally, you:

• You're comfortable with technology and have a basic grip on Excel.
• Are fluent in Polish with a communicative command of English.
• Take pride in keeping documents and data organized and accurate.
• Have basic understanding of banking products and a drive to learn more about the fintech industry.
• Are a goal-oriented person and have the ability to take ownership of your tasks.
