What Will Be Part Of Your Tasks?

Building relationships with clients through telephone and email contact, mainly on warm leads.
Advising clients and proposing financial solutions tailored to their needs.
Achieving sales goals with the support of a committed team.
Ensuring the highest quality of service and positive customer experiences at every stage of contact.
Updating data and information in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience in telephone sales.
Ability to build relationships and conduct professional conversations with clients.
Focus on achieving goals and active action.
Good organization and ability to listen to customer needs.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00–17:00 and willingness to work several shifts in the month from 11:00–19:00.
Knowledge of banking or insurance products is a plus.
