Internship/Co-Operative
Together, the support team ensures smooth operations for brokers, while the sales team focuses on expanding the customer base and boosting performance.
The Sales Support Specialist co-op student will:
- Help the teams leverage collective resources to maximize productivity, improve training, and ultimately drive more successful sales and broker engagement.
- Be responsible for helping to support our sales department.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of supporting our broker channel, including marketing, sales analytics, broker events, planning, and strategy of goals.
Qualifications:
- Active listening, clear communication, and relationship-building with brokers.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and efficient documentation.
- Ability to resolve issues and think creatively for process improvements.
- Teamwork with both support and sales teams, contributing to collective success.
- Prefer experience with CRM(Dynamics), CMS systems, and Microsoft Office.
