As a Compensation Analyst- Sales, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of the sales compensation reporting and analytics for Pitney Bowes business. A successful Compensation Analyst- Sales is someone who is highly adaptable and thrives in environments with structured deadlines. You will be challenged to identify process improvement opportunities while being held accountable to a high level of accuracy and integrity in your work. Utilizing excellent problem-solving skills, you'll work primarily in Excel to create, compile, and review sales commission data.

**Your background:** As a Compensation Analyst- Sales; you have:
**Compensation:** The wage range for this position is $75000 to $110000/annually with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive bonus up to 6% of your base earnings.
**Location:** This position is fully remote; however, qualified talent must be able to support Eastern time zone hours of operation.
**Sponsorship:** Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).
