The Counter Sales Representative is a pivotal role responsible for assisting both walk-in and online customers. This position requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude, and collaborating closely with the sales department and distribution center team members. The representative will also handle customer phone inquiries and participate in continuous improvement projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite role, requiring presence every day from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility is needed for customer service, especially for last-minute walk-ins. During the peak season from April to September, the representative will work every other Saturday for a 4-hour shift.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr. Do offer PTO, major holidays, and also benefits.
