The Role
As an Account Executive Lead at InfiniT, you will hold a hybrid player-coach position. You will be responsible for a personal sales quota, continue to generate revenue through direct acquisition, and maintain strong client relationships while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives.
This role is ideal for a high-performing AE comfortable on the field, also wanting to grow others, optimize team performance, and help develop a world-class sales function.
What Objectives Will We Achieve Together?
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Accompany AEs through regular pipeline reviews, coaching on deals, and strategic sessions.
- Build scalable workflows, best practices, and replicable sales methodologies for the entire team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Country Manager to define KPIs, quotas, lead routing, and territory design.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams to optimize feedback loops and increase market impact.
- Be a role model embodying InfiniT values, work ethic, and a customer-focused approach.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support peers, or informal leadership experience in sales.
- A coaching mindset, capable of inspiring and elevating team performance. Comfortable managing both individual contributions and management responsibilities.
- Analytical mindset, able to make data-driven decisions for the team.
- A builder spirit capable of instilling structure, process, and rhythm as the team grows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales technologies.
