As a Microsoft Sales Specialist, Partner Recruit at Ingram Micro, you have a clearly commercial sales role with a focus on identifying, recruiting, and activating new Microsoft partners in the Swedish and Nordic markets. You work hands-on with outbound sales, partner activation, and business development – with clear responsibility for pipeline, revenue, and growth through partners.
The role combines new customer processing with partner development and requires you to drive deals all the way from first contact to active, business-generating partnerships. You collaborate closely with internal functions such as Customer Success, Solution Architects, Specialist Sellers, and Marketing to ensure that partners can quickly accelerate their Microsoft business and convert potential into actual growth.
This is a pure sales role for you who thrives on creating momentum, identifying business opportunities, and converting Microsoft's offering and ecosystem into concrete business results.

With a good understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem and partner landscape, you can quickly identify which partners have the greatest potential, and you know how to transform a program or framework into actual sales. You work structured, follow up on your activities, and take full ownership of your pipeline.
You are comfortable in dialogue with both technical and commercial decision-makers and can clearly articulate the business value of Microsoft's cloud solutions.
