This position is a hybrid role based in our Montreal office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Role: The role is to support all pre-sales operations for Insight Canada. The individual will work with a team of three to assist Insight's day-to-day pre-sales operations. Insight Canada is a key global partner of Ingram Micro.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage customer quotes, including pricing, product configurations, and shipping estimates.
  • Analyze inventory levels to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary data for quote accuracy.
  • Provide cost estimates for shipping and handling based on customer location and product specifications.
  • Maintain and update quote templates and pricing tools to reflect current offerings and promotions.
  • Track quote status and follow up with Sales to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline quoting processes and improve turnaround time.
  • Support reporting and analytics related to quote activity, win/loss rates, and inventory trends.
  • Must be willing to travel to the vendor's site within the Montreal Area.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years of pre-sales experience or customer experience within the IT, or vendor partners is required.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, distribution networks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Must be able to collaborate, result-oriented, motivated, and always looking to learn.
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
