About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Specialist for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to join our team in Stockholm. This key role focuses on driving sales growth and retention for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure by fostering strong relationships with resellers and Oracle. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging OCI's unique value proposition to accelerate adoption and revenue growth in the Nordics. Location; Stockholm Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers at partners, including solution architects and vendor specialists.
- Establish trust with key stakeholders by understanding their industry, priorities, and growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and communicate OCI-related opportunities that align with partners business goals.
- Drive new reseller recruitment for OCI and own the full sales motion, from identification to onboarding.
- Deliver comprehensive presentations and consultations to promote OCI's offerings and demonstrate their business impact.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to qualify and support partner opportunities.
- Execute demand generation campaigns and events to drive OCI awareness and adoption.
- Participate in pipeline reviews, tracking results, and ensuring all activities are documented in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1+ year of cloud ecosystem experience with proven understanding of IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS solutions.
- 2+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience driving cloud sales initiatives with measurable results.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in telephone sales techniques and customer care best practices.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and change-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Fluent in English.
