Main Target Groups

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a central position in driving the business forward together with our partners. You will work both strategically and operationally to develop relationships, identify business opportunities, and create concrete results.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed set goals
  • Build long-term and trustful relationships with partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive them from idea to completion
  • Present and sell specialized solutions within Server, Storage, and Power
  • Support partners in how they position, package, and sell our suppliers' offerings
  • Ensure that customer needs are met by delivering the right solution at the right time
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective and smooth deliveries
  • Follow up on sales, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Create, develop, and follow up on partner plans on a quarterly basis

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role and accustomed to working independently with great drive. You thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and drive the business forward.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Several years of experience in sales within IT infrastructure or technical solutions
  • Good understanding of the IT channel and its dynamics, as well as how businesses are driven through partners
  • Experience in training, inspiring, and coaching partners or customers
  • Ability to understand end-user needs and translate these into business opportunities
  • Very good communication skills and a habit of presenting in front of groups
  • Fluent knowledge of English (Swedish is meritorious)
  • B-driving license (required)

It is also meritorious if you already have experience from the industry and an established network.
